How long does the order take to arrive?

All of our services and products are provided and implemented according to the customer's request, so we often finish the implementation of the work within 7 days from the date of payment and approval of designs, but we may encounter in some cases a scarcity of the availability of the necessary materials, then the order execution time may reach 21 days.

Once the work is completed, the order will arrive to the customer within (24 - 48 hours) within the city of Riyadh, while in the rest of the cities, we deliver it on the next day from the date of the request, i.e. within 24 hours to the shipping company to reach your city within one to three days.

How much does it cost to deliver an order?

  Delivery fee: Within Riyadh 25 riyals, and in the rest of the cities 35 riyals (Shipping costs are changed variable policies of shipping companies).

What are shipping companies?

 SMSA Company, Aramex, and shipping and delivery is possible through other companies ...

What are the payment methods available on the site?

Bank transfer via local banks (Al-Rajhi, Al-Ahli, Al-Inma), or by credit card (Visa - MasterCard), mada, Apple Pay.

What happens after transferring the amount?

After confirming that the customer has transferred the required amount, the order will be executed, and the customer will be notified when the order is shipped.

Cancellation, returns and exchange policy


All the products and services we offer are made and offered according to the customer's request, however we are fully aware that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. If you change your mind, you only need to contact customer service to cancel your order, and the cancellation request will be dealt with as follows:

- In case of your request has been executed, the request cannot be canceled.

- In case of your request is still on the implementation schedule and its implementation has not started, then the request will be canceled, and the value of the request will be refunded after deducting the bank transaction fees as well as design fees, if any.

We do not have ready-made products that we provide to the customer, we manufacture and provide products and services based on your request, so products cannot be returned. If you receive a product or service that is not required, or the product you received is damaged or defective, we are happy to provide you with assistance in fixing the defect and solving the problem .

Products are damaged or defective if they are received in a damaged condition. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear are not considered damaged or defective, and wherever possible we will offer to repair defective products.

In case defective products, and after we have examined and approved, we will repair the defective products and bear the delivery and shipping fees, if any, if you submit a repair request within 7 days from the date you received the order.
